This is an online group training program that uses a closed Facebook group page for communication, to hold members accountable, for information, questions and for other fun and motivational posts!

This is a group fitness buddy system that holds you and everyone in the session accountable through interactions and support from the group! You will have a private Facebook group page where I will post the workouts, videos and other related information.
I monitor the group, but this is where you have fun posting workout selfies, recipes to share with the group, and all kinds of other creative motivational quotes, images and ideas to keep everyone going!
It is all about sharing this experience with the workout buddies in the group, help each other succeed with your health and fitness goals while having fun while you do it!
