I now feel so much better than the person I was 3 months ago, and on so many levels. Courtney’s plan has been truly life-changing for me. I am physically and mentally more confident than I’ve been in 10+ years. I am proud to announce that I am running the St. Jude Half Marathon in one week from today. Without Courtney’s guidance, knowledge, passion for exercise, and support, I don’t think I could be accomplishing this. If anyone reading this has doubts about themselves physically, about what they can accomplish, and about whether or not they can complete a strength training program, I urge you to step out of your comfort zone and give Courtney’s plan a try. I promise you will not regret it- in fact, I believe that you will learn how much untapped strength you really have. The hardest thing is beginning- the rest will follow.

 

 Courtney has been kicking my butt and keeping me honest for three months now! She’s professional, motivating, and fun. Her workouts are always fresh and challenging. If I’m not checking in with her she’s checking in with me! I’m stronger and enjoying workouts again!!! -Krissa Corkins

Courtney succeeded in making me work beyond what I thought possible and to achieve my desired results. Courtney is an excellent personal trainer. I have appreciated her dedication to help me and my daughter get in shape and eat healthier. I also appreciate her variety of exercises to work on my balance and back strength. She has given me interesting exercises to work on my problem areas at home. They make a difference when I actually do them.

Courtney has taken on the challenge to help me grow old gracefully. I realize balance is important and appreciate what she has done to help me have a better core and muscle tone. I have received many compliments from friends about my body and posture. I highly recommend doing what Courtney says to do. It makes a difference.
