HOW DOES IT WORK?
After completing the questionnaire below we will set up a phone consultation to get to know you a bit better. After that you will receive a google doc folder that will have a Welcome note that explains things more in depth, your templates to log workouts, measurements and other things based on your personal goals. Also included is a folder filled with videos to show exercises, how to properly perform the exercise and how to modify the exercises to fit your abilities!
At the beginning of each week I will give you your workout with recommended sets and weights for you to use. You will do the workouts when they fit into your schedule and fill in the templates as needed. Each week will build off of the last weeks workouts as I see fit to best reach your goals, keep you progressing and manage recovery, stress and other factors that can affect your progress!
You will have my email and number to correspond during the week if you have questions, need help or just some reassurance!!
