  • You will receive an online consultation to give me more information on your fitness level, health history and previous experience and any injuries I need to know about. Together we will set appropriate goals that your workouts and nutrition plan (if wanted) will be set around. I will guide you through determining your nutritional values and help with your nutritional choices.

  • I will plan your workouts each week specifically for you taking into consideration how the previous week went, how you are feeling and any injury or aches that you may have. These workouts will be planned according to what equipment you have access to so anyone can do this! At the end of each week, a 15 minute phone call or Skype session will be scheduled so that we can talk about the workouts, the week and any questions that you may have.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

After completing the questionnaire below we will set up a phone consultation to get to know you a bit better. After that you will receive a google doc folder that will have a Welcome note that explains things more in depth, your templates to log workouts, measurements and other things based on your personal goals. Also included is a folder filled with videos to show exercises, how to properly perform the exercise and how to modify the exercises to fit your abilities!

At the beginning of each week I will give you your workout with recommended sets and weights for you to use. You will do the workouts when they fit into your schedule and fill in the templates as needed. Each week will build off of the last weeks workouts as I see fit to best reach your goals, keep you progressing and manage recovery, stress and other factors that can affect your progress!

You will have my email and number to correspond during the week if you have questions, need help or just some reassurance!!
