EGG CUPS



These are super easy and great to put in a baggie and take during the week!  You can make them with any toppings that you like!
-Take a muffin tin and spray with pam.
-Add turkey bacon, ham or turkey to bottom
-Carefully break egg into each
-Add cheese and veggies (here we did feta, tomato and pesto)
-Cook at 425 for about 40min or until egg is done (gently step with fork to see if cooked all the way through)
*we had to cook for longer than directions so make sure to check!!
-Let cool and bag em up!  :)
