FOOD PREPPING!!!

So I am trying to make a conscious effort to food log this week and get back in the habit of doing it!  I have found in the past that the more things I have ready to go and measured out the better I do and the more focused I stay!!  Today I made oven baked chicken, hardboiled eggs and oatmeal for the next few days!!!  Try it!  It doesn't take much time and will actually save you time during the week!!

WHY GO TO THE DENTIST WHEN YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF....SAME WITH USING A PERSONAL TRAINER RIGHT?
