So I am trying to make a conscious effort to food log this week and get back in the habit of doing it! I have found in the past that the more things I have ready to go and measured out the better I do and the more focused I stay!! Today I made oven baked chicken, hardboiled eggs and oatmeal for the next few days!!! Try it! It doesn't take much time and will actually save you time during the week!!
I believe that exercise, lifting weights in particular will make you feel better, stronger and boost your confidence. It can be the catalyst to good nutrition,. overall health and well being.
The strength you feel after completing a heavy lift will help make everything else in life seem easier!
