EASY!!! EASY!!!
15 or so small shrimp, 1/2 avacado, 1/2 cup pinnapple
In pan cook shrimp ( i cooked the pinnapple too but think it might be better cold? If you try it let me know!) I put lemon pepper on mine with just a dash of olive oil!
cut avacado and add to bowl with pinnapple. When shrimp is cooked let cool a little and add to bowl and eat!!!! 1 pan, 1bowl, 1 fork and 1 knife and less than 10 minutes! Thats it!
