So I am not a fitness model nor do I ever want to be one. I just love working out! I love learning about working out! I love helping people work out! I want to help people learn how to enjoy exercise and reap the benefits of it!
I think that too often people try to do to much or to do things that they don’t enjoy because they saw it in a magazine or its the newest fitness trend. I don’t think you have to workout all day to see progress and I don’t think you can’t enjoy the workout. (while still working hard of course!)
As with everything too little and too much can be equally bad. Exercise is the same. Too much and it takes too much time and can cause your body harm but none or too little and the health problems are incredible as well. It is all about balance and moderation! Finding that perfect amount of exercise you need and trying all different types! Everyone is different and will benefit from different activities!
The important thing is doing what you enjoy and will stick too!
Nutrition is the same...moderation is key! If you only eat a few types of foods all the time you will be lacking in many different vitamins and minerals but you also can’t eat everything you want when you want! Finding the balance of keeping your nutrition under control without feeling like you are always thinking about it or feeling deprived all of the time is important.
