My name is Courtney and I am a personal trainer, ex bartender, athlete, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and mom of two cats. I enjoy working out and fitness is and always has definitely been a part of my everyday life. I can’t say that I know what it is like to be overweight, unfit or not like to exercise but what I can say is that along with everyone else I have my good days, hard days, tired days and days I just want to lay in bed. I have days I don’t eat quite right or the scale seems mad at me. I get frustrated and sometimes am not sure what I need to do. Yes, sometimes I feel lost! I think it would be a lie for me not to say all of this….But I still love to workout!
One thing I have learned is that I never feel worse or bad after a workout! Never! Is it hard? Well ya! It shouldn’t be easy but I always feel better after! I have realized that exercise is a part of my life no excuse! It just has to be fit in and I don’t even question that.
I don’t expect everyone to love exercise but I do think that everyone can learn to appreciate it. Make it a great part of your life! Your life better from it!
I have a lot of training and experience but I do not know everything! I love learning new recipes, new exercises, or forms of motivation and sharing all of this is the goal of this blog! To share what I know AND what I learn! For you to see that even someone that loves to exercise goes through ups and downs and real life situations just like you and your friends!!
