Giant sets to save time!!!

I was in somewhat of a rush today but still wanted to do a full upper body workout so to save time I did Giant sets!  

Giant sets are when you group together multiple exercises and do them all back to back.  It is the same idea as super setting but with more exercises before you rest.  Today I did two different sets each with a back, chest, shoulder, bicep and tricep exercise!  What is nice about giant sets is that the time between an exercise is longer so that muscle gets a bit of rest so I did try to go pretty heavy on everything!  For example today one of my sets was ...

-smith machine shoulder press, bent over rows, dumbell chest press, cable hammer curls and overhead cable tricep extensions.  I did all of these in a row before I rested so by the time I got back to the shoulder press for example my shoulders had adequate time to recover!  <They felt good today too.  Love that :) >

Switch it up!  It makes workout more interesting!
