WORKOUT #1
20 squats
10 push ups (modifications in video)
20 Russian twists (feet up if you can)
10 donkey kicks each leg (keep abs tight and. squeeze)
20 heel touches (each side) shoulders off floor
20 second plank
1 min jumping jack
X5 ( do the complete workout take a rest and repeat do this 5 times!)
